This island has 42 beaches and many small neighborhoods, each with its own charm.
The city is the capital of Santa Catarina, so it also has all the things every big city has, an international airport, a public market and tons of bars, restaurants and shops. Last year it appeared in Newsweek as 1 of the worlds 10 most dynamic cities.
The climate is great, long warm summer but not too hot and a mild winter. All together the place you want to be.
